BREAKING-UP W/ MY SWEET TOOTH

I am on day ONE of my two week detox and I am hoping it gets better!  

In trying to be healthier, Spencer and I decided to try a two week program that consists of saying good-bye pretty much all the things I LOVE to eat.  I admit I have a sweet tooth.  

About half way through the day Avery's little friend Peyton brought over the yummiest looking sugar cookies ever.....

It is going to be a looooooong two weeks!

Since we got our MAC computer, about 2 years ago, we have enjoyed many hours of taking silly pictures with the photo booth.  Sometimes I find hundreds of pictures that Avery took while playing on the computer alone.  It truly is a toy that never gets old.  And it is pretty entertaining to look back on many of the pictures.  Here are a few of them...

That's my Avery

I really can't complain at ALL about the winter here in Colorado this year.  We had weather in the high 60's almost all week and hardly any snow so far.  Avery and her friends thought it was perfect weather for a picnic.  

Then that night I went to brush my teeth and came back to Avery on my bed asleep like this.  Looks comfortable, doesn't it.

LOVE lost for CHRISTIAN BALE

If you have watched any news programs in the past few days then I am sure you have heard Christian Bales freak-out on the set of Terminator.  He went off on a guy for 4 minutes and in that time said the F work 39 times... ouch!  It made me so SAD to hear this.  Many of you know I am a HUGE fan, or was, of Christian Bale.  Now I am thinking he is a big jerk with a REALLY bad temper.  I know Hollywood actors are pretty much the scum of the earth and have no morals but I still liked to imagine that they have some of the charm of the people they play on screen.  Well, my love for Christian is gone... I always loved getting excited for his upcoming movies to hit theaters and now it is all gone.  So SAD!

  

I am soooo grateful to be married to Spencer, who is pretty perfect to me and doesn't have to just "play" a nice guy on screen.
