GO BUCKEYES!

As Spencer is packing right now to fly out tomorrow to OHIO, (to hang out with friends and go to the game) I decided to give a shout out to all the BUCKEYES!  Though I will not be there on Saturday... watching the game in the amazing stadium, I will be hanging out watching the game alone... have I given him a hard enough time?  What can I say, I am a little sad I am not going but I will eventually get over it.  Anywhooo, I wanted to post a picture of Evan wearing the darling or I mean tough onesie Dave and Laurie send us, thanks again.  It will get plenty of use through the season.  GO OSU!!!

What happens when school starts...

Avery has recruited the neighbor boy to play her way.  It is so nice to not hear fighting from my girls throughout the day, now that Kayla is in school.  Instead I get to hear Avery tell Noah what to play.  Avery is best friends with Noah's older sister, since she started kindergarten Avery seems a little lost.  Preschool starts next week and Avery did not get in.  I think she will be the only kid left on the street not in school.  I better figure out a plan B.  But until then I hope she can keep herself entertained.  (Notice what Noah is wearing, a Hooters shirt,  he always comes over wearing the funniest clothes, if any at all.)

First Day of School

Every year Spencer's brothers go on a backpacking trip to the Uinta's.  This year Spencer had to take advantage of being done with school and living closer and decided to go.  So I went to my parents house and had fun with the kids while Spencer went backpacking.  We had a great time but I did miss my Mom not being home.  ( She has been in England for two months, where my sister and brother live)  I wish I knew how to put the two slideshows all on the same post... I am just not that computer savvy.  But I wanted to show some pic's of our week.  We got home and hurried and put Kayla to bed so she would be ready for her first day of first grade.  Pretty crazy that I have a first grader, hu?  Though the drive is loooong it is worth it to see all you wonderful people that we love!  Thanks for the good times.

Elitch Gardens

A few days we ago we went with some friends to an amusement park in Denver.  After coming home and looking at the pictures I couldn't help laugh at all the interesting people in the background of all our pictures.  I guess that is part of the amusement... people watching.  Anyway, we really had a great time.  We stayed almost until closing and the kids were still asking to go on rides.

Wish us luck, we are off on another eight hour road trip tomorrow.  I always get a little nervous about keeping the kids happy, so we stay happy.  I have saved Breaking Dawn to read on the way... yeah, can't wait!!!

Four Months Already!

I can't believe my baby boy is already four months old.  He seems to change everyday. I wanted to post a few pictures to show how he has grown.  I feel so blessed to have him in our family.  He is such a easy going, happy little guy,  who puts up with a lot from his overly loving sisters.
